Standard Delivery*

  • Package arrives within 3-8 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.

Rush Delivery*

  • Packages arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 6 pm (ET).
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Not available for all items on site. See product details for any shipping restrictions.

Next Business Day*

  • Packages arrive within 1 business day, provided order is placed before 6 pm (ET).

*Standard, Rush, Overnight, Next Business Day Delivery packages are sent via FedEx or UPS. When shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory, packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses will take additional time.

Returns & Exchanges

At BU Club, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase. Simply follow the guidelines below:

  • Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days with a receipt. If you don't have a receipt and we can't look-up your transaction, you'll receive store credit for the lowest selling price.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.
  • We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 15 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
  • Items from the listed categories below are considered to be "Final Sale" and are therefore ineligible for return. Final Sale items will have a noted "Item is Not Eligible For Return" on the product page, as well as within your checkout window and your confirmation email. Items purchased from Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange. 
  • Cosmetics / Customized Items / Fragrances / Fur Coats, Vests, Gillets, and Stoles / Hosiery / Housewares / Fine Jewelry / Lingerie / Skincare / Swimwear / Wedding Dresses / Special Orders


To make a return, you have :

1. Get your invoice ready

 Go to your account order history, and click the link there. You can find your order number in the top right corner of your packing slip or in the subject line of your shipping confirmation email.


2. Prepare your package


Pack your return securely, in the original package, if possible, and include your printed invoice.
Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

3. Ship it

When your package is ready, you can ship it via  UPS or the U.S. Postal service. 
For the U.S. Postal Service, give it to your mail carrier or drop it off at your nearest post office.

4. Track it

You can track your return on our returns website. Once we receive the package, we'll process your refund and notify you that the return has been completed. Refunds in the form of original payment can take up to one week to be credited back to your account.
