Back to the future with Elisabetta Franchi Fall/Winter Collection

Elisabetta Franchi is full of surprises every season! Where she gets this inspiration? This time she wanted to spend some time in space with the ultimate First Lady Jackie Kennedy. " I thought I would take a trip with her into space", Franchi said. And so she did, as her collection was saturated with Sixties, Mod references, inspired by Pierre Cardin also Chanel, given the range of lady-like tweed suits on the runway. One of her pieces was embellished with stones looked like "from galactic explosion".

Franchi played with her brand's logo and turned it into a jacquard chain-like print straight from the Sixties. "It's almost a badge for the tribe of friends changing from one spaceship to the other". These friends are also "Star Trek" fans, she said.

Also she doesn't forget  her signature pieces: young and comfy jumpsuits that could boldly go many places, coats and mini dresses in cream, piped with chocolate brown details that always look classy and sophisticated.
